The HypnoLife-Band programme is delivered to individuals over 5 sessions at rooms within CMK Therapy and Boodle Dental and Medical Centre. The first four sessions address food relationships, behavioural changes as required through personalised sessions based on your specific circumstances and culminate in the 'fitting' of the hypnotic gastric band during session four. These first four sessions take place over 1-2 weeks, each lasting approx. 1.5 hours and are arranged between Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rachael Slack DHP LAPHP and yourself. The 5th session is some 6-8 weeks after the 'fitting' as a follow up to evaluate progress and make any necessary changes to your band.
