Welcome

Hypnotherapy is a relaxing, non-intrusive and incredibly powerful way to move your life forward.

If you feel that you are not reaching your potential, or that something is holding you back, hypnotherapy can help. This is an effective and relaxing process which gives you results surprisingly quickly.

The beneficial effects of Hypnosis has been acknowledged throughout history and in many different cultures. Hypnotherapy is a process of working with people on issues which are causing them difficulty and using resources that each of us have in our subconscious mind, through tailor-made therapy, towards relief and release from difficulties.

Hypnotherapy, with a skilled therapist, is helpful for working on anything from nail biting, confidence, motivation, smoking cessation, weight control, relationship issues and pain relief. It can aid depression, and ultimately reduce anxiety and stress to much more natural levels. It can also help you reach your performance potential in terms of sport and studying and help extinguish limiting beliefs about ourselves.  Also known for assisting in chronic pain conditions and psychosomatic disorders, there is much than can be helped by consulting an Professional Hypnotherapist/Analyst when more conventional methods have left the sufferer (and their families) at a 'dead end'.

The hypnotic state is very natural - a bit like the daydreams we have or the 'driving trance' we sometimes experience on familiar journeys. As the state is so natural, it feels comfortable, relaxing and calming to us.

During hypnosis the unconscious mind comes to the fore and the conscious mind takes a back seat, although it is still present and keeping you aware of what is happening.  Your subconscious mind is an amazing resource which strives to keep you safe and well and holds a store for your memories, creative thoughts, emotions and senses and  reacts instinctively, despite you maybe wishing consciously that it would react differently at times (conflict).

Inner conflict affects many people. Ever found yourself nodding when every nerve end in your body is screaming NO!? Can you imagine the affect on your overall health? Continual, discharged adrenalin pumping around your body, desperate for escape, whilst you sit outwardly smiling! Hypnoanalysis hits right to the centre of the underlying issues resulting in a lasting release from problematic symptoms.
